Privacy Policy

This policy explains what SpeedPro ERP (the dashboard at speedprologis.com) collects, why, and how we protect it. SpeedPro ERP is an internal operations system for delivery companies, used only by authorised company staff.

What we collect

• Account data: username, display name, role and permissions, and a phone number and email address if an administrator adds them.
• Sign in with Google: when you choose "Sign in with Google", Google gives us only your email address, your name and your Google account ID. We use them solely to confirm you are the owner of an account registered with us. We do not request access to your email, files or contacts.
• Security data: sign-in times, IP address, browser type and failed sign-in attempts, to protect accounts and prevent intrusion.
• Operational data: what users enter into the system while working (couriers, vehicles, invoices, reports and so on).

How we use it

• Signing you in, verifying your identity and enforcing permissions.
• Running the system services your company uses.
• Protecting accounts, detecting unauthorised use and keeping an audit trail.

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties, except service providers needed to run the system (such as hosting) or where the law requires it.

Cookies and local storage

We use the browser's local storage only to keep you signed in and to remember your language. We do not use advertising trackers.

Security and retention

Data travels encrypted (HTTPS), passwords are stored as one-way hashes, and access is limited by role and permission. We keep data for as long as your company uses the system and as legal requirements dictate; account data can be deleted on request through your administrator.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and unlink your Google account from your account at any time, by contacting us.
